Food products need careful handling, so our policy is designed to protect product safety while helping customers fairly in genuine cases.

Important Note

Because Grameya products are food and consumable items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, wrong product selected by customer, or product no longer required.

When We Can Help

We will review replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution requests only in genuine cases such as:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Product damaged, leaked, or broken during delivery.
  • Missing item from the package.
  • Product received in an unusable condition due to transit damage.

Reporting Timeline

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the outer package, product, shipping label, and unboxing video where available. Requests shared after this period may not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible

  • Opened or used food products, unless there is a verified issue.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to storage, handling, or misuse.
  • Returns due to personal taste, aroma, colour, or texture preference when the product is otherwise safe and correct.
  • Orders with incorrect address or failed delivery attempts due to customer-side issues.

Resolution

After verification, Grameya may offer replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case. The final resolution will be decided after checking the evidence and order details.

Fair policy: We keep returns limited for food safety, but we always review genuine delivery or product issues with care.
