• What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are included in the priceing of the product. For bulk orders the charges may vary.

• Do you deliver to all through out India?

Yes, we deliver products across India.

• Why can’t I track my order even though it has been shipped?

Courier services usually take few hours to activate tracking for an order once it’s been shipped. Please check again after the time suggested by the courier partner. If you face further issues with tracking, kindly reach out to us and we will co-ordinate with the courier service.

• I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to us and you will be refunded for the order amount. You can request for the order to be re-dispatched, we will send the order again.

• Can we place Order on Cash on Delivery (CoD)

We currently don’t have Cash on Delivery payment option. The are prepaid via UPI or Credit/Debit card or Netbanking.

• Can we place bulk orders?

Yes we take bulk orders. Kindly email us with the bulk order details.
